Uniweld Products, Inc. (“Uniweld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Uniweld SmarTech™ FUSION mobile application (the “App” or “Service”).

3. Bluetooth and Device Permissions
The App requires access to your device’s Bluetooth functionality to detect, connect, and communicate with compatible Uniweld products.
Bluetooth data is used only to enable device communication and measurement functionality within the App. We do not collect or store measurement data from Bluetooth connections on our servers unless explicitly stated within a specific feature of the App.
The App may also request permission to access:
• Device storage (for saving reports or data exports)
• Camera (if report photos are supported)
• Location services (if required by your mobile operating system for Bluetooth scanning)
These permissions are used strictly for App functionality.
4. Marketing Communications

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-promotional messages related to account activity, service updates, firmware updates, or technical notices.

Uniweld is located in the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Information transferred internationally.
